Returns of unused product are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit minus return shipping charges.

Every now and again, carriers may accidentally forget to scan a package during transit. This results in inaccurate live tracking. Customers will typically receive a delivery notification once their package arrives at the door/mailbox. 

Additionally, carriers may relocate packages if certain processing centers are at capacity. This is to avoid items that are fragile or sensitive to heat (i.e. candles) from arriving damaged and/or melted.

• Soy wax is free of carcinogens and pollutants which means that our candles are clean-burning.
• Soy is a vegetable-based wax so it doesn't give off any harmful byproducts or produce black soot that can stain walls, ceilings and curtains.
• Soy wax has a lower melting point which means that our candles will burn longer!
• Soy wax is natural, renewable and vegan!
• Soy wax is biodegradable and easily cleaned with just soap and water.

All of our candle fragrances are considered clean and nontoxic! We hand-select only the highest quality fragrances for our candles. Every fragrance oil that we use is phthalate-free. Our fragrances AVOID these 5 major hazard groups:

• Carcinogens: These are materials known or thought to cause cancer. 
• Mutagens: Materials that change the DNA of a cell, harming the cell and causing diseases like cancer. 
• Reproductive toxins: Toxins that adversely affect reproductive organs, increase the risk of birth defects and hormone disruptors.
• Organ toxins: These are toxins that can cause adverse effects or disease within specific bodily organs. 
• Acute toxins: Toxins that can cause adverse effects from a single exposure. Generally, this would be accidental exposure like spillage or ingestion. 

Yes! Our candles are hand-poured on our family farm in Carrollton, GA.

Yes! Our candles and all the ingredients we use are cruelty-free and never tested on animals!

We use only lead-free, 100% cotton wicks. Traditional candles use wicks coated in paraffin wax. We refuse to use cheap materials at the sacrifice of good health!
